Femara is a medicine used to heal the symptoms of postmenopausal women with breast cancer and it works by inhibiting the enzyme in the adrenal glands (aromatase) that allows the estradiol, estrogens, and estrone.

Missed Dose

Do not miss any dose. Do not compensate for a missed dose along with other doses. Missed doses can be made up by taking the dose as soon as you remember if you have 4 to 5 hours left for the next dose. Otherwise, it is better to skip and continue with the following dosage as always.



Storage
